Sun Valley Custom Builders was founded in1999, by professional builders, who have built homes throughout the beautiful Colorado River basin - the "Sun Valley of Texas",  since 1976.  We understand the demands of the diverse terrain, the unpredictability of the climate and the challenges of blending architecture with the unique beauty of the Central Texas lakes and hills.  Each of our homes is built to be a "Beautiful Fortress", meaning that each of our architectural works of art is professionally engineered to deliver structural integrity, longevity and energy efficiency, as well as, a unique living environment.  Our homes are built in most communities near Lake Travis, including Lakeway, Bee Cave, West Austin, Cedar Park, Jonestown, and Lago Vista, as well as many others, within a 30-mile radius of Lakeway, Texas.  Each home is designed to reflect the individual lifestyle and preferences of its Owners and is built from original plans, both ours and those generated by the areas' many, premier architects, as well as, plans provided by our customers.  Our construction methods incorporate cutting-edge technology, materials, and structural components, resulting in ageless design, structural superiority, environmental sensitivity and ease of maintenance.
